Dad's Superannuation to buy a shop for his daughter

Question: I want my Self Managed Super Fund to buy commercial premises that my wife and myself currently own. I then want my daughter to operate her café from that shop. Can my Self Managed Super Fund do this? Also, can my daughter lease the café from my SMSF?
